Progressive Strength Training:
Our Signature 30-minute Strength Training class will give you AMAZING RESULTS - FAST!
These workouts are specifically designed for women over 40 to build lean muscle and improve their metabolism.
These workouts are designed to progress your strength & fitness
Yoga Burst:
This 45-minute class is a perfect blend of sweat, strength & stretch.
Flow through a sequence of Yoga poses then "HIIT" some high intensity intervals for fat-burning results!
No yoga experience necessary!
HIIT + Core Conditioning:
This 30-minute class includes 3 Parts:
1) Mobility Warm Up to improve joint function
2) Full Body Circuit Training to improve strength & cardiovascular health
3) Core Conditioning to strengthen abs/glutes/back
Mobility/Core/Breathwork:
This 30-40 minute class incorporates:
1) Mobility work + Foam Rolling - to reduce pain and improve functionality
2) Specialized CORE exercises that strengthen glutes, flatten abs, and improve pelvic floor function
3) Breathwork to enhance our Parasympathetic Nervous System and reduce stress
